Faith

Diversity
Ward 6 has it all. Single family homes, duplexes, apartments, small businesses, agricultural fields, schools, a park, churches, and even City Hall. The areas around us are some of the fastest growing.

Accountability
I have the time and concern for our community to invest in it on city council. I pledge to make myself available to listen to the concerns of those in my ward and represent them to the city council.

Transportation
O'Fallon is perfectly situated for growth and is very inviting to large scale business development. Our proximity to St Louis and the interstate system and two airports is very beneficial.

Additional Tax Information
The sales tax is 1% city and 6% IL Fuel Tax is fixed by IL O'Fallon has no input on OTHS, D90, or township taxes. In 2017 the property tax rate was lowered to 2012 level and may go lower.

Sale Of Water System
The city owns all water and most sewer systems servicing our community. In researching other communities that have sold their systems, they no longer control the rates and repairs take longer.

Challenges To Consolidation
